For certain services, particularly bridal makeup and large group events, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process and will be deducted from the final service cost.

2.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

2.4 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your service time may be reduced to accommodate our schedule, with no reduction in price. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we reserve the right to treat this as a cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a client shows signs of infectious skin conditions, illness, or if a client's behavior is disruptive, abusive, or poses a risk to our staff or other clients.
