For certain services, particularly bridal makeup and special events, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is used to reserve your date and time and to cover initial preparation costs.

If at any time during your makeup application you are not satisfied with the direction or appearance, please communicate your concerns immediately to your makeup artist. We are committed to making adjustments during the service to ensure your satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with the final results of your makeup service:
Due to the nature of makeup services, we cannot offer refunds after you have left our premises or after our makeup artist has left your location and you have expressed satisfaction with the service. Makeup application is subjective, and preferences can vary widely between individuals.
For makeup or skincare products purchased from us:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after confirming the defect.
Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. Gift cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
Pre-paid service packages are non-refundable once the first service has been rendered. Unused service packages may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion, less a 20% administration fee.
In cases of documented medical emergencies, we may make exceptions to our standard refund policy. Documentation may be required, and decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
